SPICY FRIED RICE


                In this section I will teach you, how to make a spicy fried rice easily.


TIME REQUIRED:15-20 minutes.





INGREDIENTS:


 1. Boiled Basmathi Rice - 1 cup
 2. Onion(big size)- 2 nos (finely chopped)
 3. Carrot-2 nos
 4. Capsicum - 1 nos
 5. Beans - 100 gram
 6. Green peas - 25 gram
 7. Curry leaves, Coriander and Spring onion - As per required
 8. White pepper / Black pepper powder- 2 tbs.
 9. salt
10. oil
11. Soya sauce - 1tbs
12. Tomato sauce (optional).

PREPARATION:


     1. Boil the rice and transfer to a medium bowl.
     2. Heat the oil in the pan. Add curry leaves and  finely chopped onion and fry till it turns into golden brown colour.

                            

   3. Add carrot, beans, green peas and fry until it softened.
   4. Add capsicum, soya sauce and salt.
   5. Fry this for 5 minutes

                                   
  6. Add boiled rice, pepper as per required and stir it well till    they mix.
  7. Garnish with spring onions and coriander. 
  8. Serve this spicy fried rice with tomato sauce.
